SHIPPING & Delivery

Whenever possible we attempt to ship your order the same day it is received or no later than the next day. We ship Monday through Friday. Basically delivery time should not take longer than 2-5 bussines days. Øle Wiksen cooperates with Bring and other local carriers and only supplies in mainland Norway.

Purchase Terms

All prices in the internet shop are stated in Norwegian kroner and are inclusive of VAT. However, if a price due to errors is not correctly updated on olewiksen.com, the correct price must be followed. In case of such an error, you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order at no cost to you. Shipping fee will be added, but no additional tax or fee.

§ 21. Angrad

The cancellation period expires 14 days from the date on which the service agreement was entered into or on the day the consumer receives the goods in physical possession.

Warranty

Warranty and warranty claim cover errors which the consumer himself is not responsible for. It is intended to cover fabrication errors that were present when the product was purchased and which later causes a defect in the product.
